EYES HEARTS HANDS

2022-2025

The Eyes Hearts Hands project steers the transformation of cities while considering local heritage and social context. It involves and supports residents in their green transition close to home.

Our Vision

We want European cities to comply with the zero-emissions goal and the sustainability action plans.

However, they often face challenges: social, economic or cultural segregation, degradation in historical centres, and areas facing energy poverty. To address these issues, the project engages citizens and businesses.

Our Role

Development and implementation of strategic communication and dissemination, policy recommendations and stakeholder management. Project management of pilot site.

Outcomes

Engagement and co-design, site-specific characteristics, financing methods and business models, training in the localities – The project responds with an innovative methodology that embraces the New European Bauhaus (NEB) principles.

Co-designing
& Engagement

Identifying and selecting the most suitable tools to engage with citizens and other stakeholders.

Financial Models

The importance of considering various funding sources, including public, private, and crowdlending.

Policy Recommendations

Accelerating inclusive urban regeneration across Europe guided by the principles of the NEB.
