W4RES is about creating a gender-just RHC environment. Women are agents of change, and their involvement in the STEM sector improves our green transition.

Raise awareness on gender equality, and strive to improve girls’ and women’s’ access to STEAM studies and professions. Furthermore, we work politically to provide institutions, industries, and authorities with knowledge to work more for a more gender-just RHC sector.
