AFTER

The AFTER project has put focus on management & maintenance. If a building is renovated to a low energy standard, there is no guarantee for the calculated result of energy savings actually to be reached.

The AFTER Project has implemented  3 years of actions, dedicated to improve the contribution of the maintenance and management of the social housing organizations to energy savings policies.

18 Partners have performed a retrospective analysis of the actual efficiency of energy savings measures implemented during the years 2006-2011.

New measures regarding operation and maintenance on 18 Pilot Sites, leading to signficant results in terms of energy savings has been tested.
