CHRONICLE

Humans have needs. Buildings too. How do we know what our homes need if they can’t talk? 

CHRONICLE is an EU-funded project that aims to deliver a holistic framework for assessing the life-cycle performance for different building variants. We support the sustainable design of new and existing construction projects by focusing on efficient renovation procedures and investment decision-making processes. In order to measure building performance, an assessment framework and toolset are being developed as a part of the Horizon 2020 project CHRONICLE in collaboration with partners from 9 EU countries.

Demonstration sites in Spain, Ireland, Denmark, Greece and Switzerland will serve as locations to demonstrate and validate the usage of the framework and toolset across the diverse geography of Europe.
