The DEDALUS project aims to design, develop, and demonstrate a demand response ecosystem, tailored to optimise and manage automated demand response in residential buildings. The project integrates the social, technological and business aspects of demand response systems.

At EGC, we believe that residential demand response systems can reduce the need for fossil fuel power plants and facilitate the integration of renewable energy into the electric grid by providing increased stability and management.

EGC is responsible for the replication strategy and the policy recommendations, as part of the overall capacity building programme. Furthermore, EGC participates in developing the Danish pilot site towards energy efficiency and DR optimal interactions between district heating and electricity networks.
